Our customers may use SaRaNest products to manage student/member records. This may include student name, parent/guardian name, phone number, email address, class/course details, attendance, fee records, invoice details, payment status and related operational information.

Payment Information

We may collect payment-related information such as invoice number, payment status, transaction reference, amount, date and payment method. We do not store complete card numbers, CVV or sensitive banking credentials. Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other approved providers.

If our services are used to send WhatsApp, SMS, email or app notifications, we may process message templates, recipient details, delivery status, timestamps and related logs.

Technical and Usage Information

We do not use student or child data for third-party advertising.

4. Role of SaRaNest and Customer Responsibility

For data entered by institutions, academies, centres or businesses into SaRaNest products, the customer generally decides what data is collected and how it is used. In such cases, the customer acts as the primary data owner/controller/data fiduciary, and SaRaNest acts as a service provider/processor supporting the customer’s use of the platform.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the data they upload is accurate, lawful and collected with proper consent or authority.

We may share limited information only when required for providing or securing our services, including with:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Payment gateway providers
• SMS, WhatsApp, email and notification service providers
