Yes. You can track due, due-soon, overdue, partially paid and blocked/defaulter cases. This helps owners follow up without maintaining separate spreadsheets.

SaRaNest can queue reminder messages for due, due-soon, overdue, blocked and payment received events. Messages can be sent using configured WhatsApp or SMS providers based on your setup.

Yes. When payment is recorded, SaRaNest can trigger a payment received message and share receipt-related information through WhatsApp if the channel is enabled.

For larger customers, SaRaNest can support tenant-wise messaging configuration. This means the institute can use its own approved provider credentials where supported.

SaRaNest uses tenant-aware design, access controls, authentication, operational logging and controlled admin access to protect customer data. Institutes are responsible for uploading lawful and accurate data with proper consent.

SaRaNest does not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed by trusted service providers such as hosting, payment gateway, email, SMS or WhatsApp providers only for service delivery, security, support or legal compliance.

Yes. Demo, setup guidance, data preparation, configuration support and onboarding help can be provided based on your plan and implementation requirement.

Support can be provided through email, WhatsApp or scheduled assistance depending on the customer plan. For implementation customers, onboarding and handholding can be included.
